The one in Arubdel Mills frequently attracts parents who are so addicted to gambling they leave their kids in the car in the parking lot FOR HOURS. It’s awful. See later thread that got closed. Efforts were never stopped, only certain bills. The casino is intended to make money to the state, Fairfax will get money off building it and be saddled with the crime and other issues associated with it.

Where exactly is it supposed to go? Near Tysons mall or Tysons Galleria? Doesn’t seem to be any space anywhere!

A casino is a mechanism to transfer wealth from a surrounding community to the casino owners. That is literally it's purpose. I am strongly against the casino.

Casinos have been net positives for most areas. What needs to be banned, and I will go to town on this, is sportsbook and phone gambling.
