IMO that is predatory, like a payday loan center and a pawn shop right next to Section 8. It’s bad for everyone.
Gambling can cause real addictions and ruin lives and families. Just like any other drug. The one in Arubdel Mills frequently attracts parents who are so addicted to gambling they leave their kids in the car in the parking lot FOR HOURS. It’s awful. I cannot understand why anyone would want a casino anywhere.
