I went to MIT and the dating prospects as a woman weren't actually that good because of long-standing relationship to bus women from Wellesley to MIT and the high population of women at BU. I hated the sexist hierarchy of Boston. MIT men often preferred the lower-intelligent, less stressed, and less competitive women from other schools. So there can be dynamics outside of female to male ratios.
A friend went to Vassar as a man and he said it was awesome to be in the lower sex ratio. |

What sexist hierarchy? The women coming to "shop" for men? |
