Read the results of his latest physical. His stiffness and gait issues have to do with osteoarthritis, some peripheral neuropathy, and an earlier untreated foot injury. They do not limit his abilities to govern.

DP...it is still a mess, but the GOP won't make any bi-partisan attempts at fixing it, so Biden is doing what he can, which is to alleviate the debt of people who have already paid all of the principal and a good portion of interest back to the US Government.
