I know nothing about plastic surgery, not sure how it works. But doesn't it scar? If Bella had all this work done, wouldn't there be scars?

Hmm. Carla Bruni is lovely, but I’ve never seen a naturally occurring nose that looks like that. And it’s quite weird, and unattractive. If she had no other plastic surgery, I’d be a bit surprised.

I'm pretty sure you mean her eyes that went thru at least 3 procedures are pretty:a lateral canthopexy, brow lift and blepharoplasty.
Her original eyes were simply average.

So she wasn't a pretty girl, she was an average girl. She had to invest money in a whole bunch of procedures, to be even considered model material.

I always think about when these people have children or meet someone that had no idea what they looked like prior. I know women that don’t disclose they had a major nose job as a teen and then it’s like “wow- where did her nose come from?” when the child is born

She did lots of modeling when she first came to the U.S.

You're deliberately not mentioning their father's genes.
They do work for a male, just in a way that they make him interesting looking for editorial shoots, but he is in no way "a heartthrob". To most women he looks like a prison escape.
Their father's dominant genes didn't quite work on Bella, thus - tons of plastic surgery.
