If you're going out to eat for Mother's Day, where are you going?

I can't decide whether I'd enjoy eating at home more.

I really hate going out for Mother's Day. The food is never the same as a regular visit, it is always crowded and noisy. Much prefer breakfast made at home by the family.

I agree. If you want to go out, then do so another day. Not worth it on Mother's Day.

I don't care for the crowds or the fuss. We order in and just hang out. So much more relaxing and it is what I really want. It looks like this year will be one of the ones when it is nice enough to eat out on the deck. Once the kids drift back in the house hubby and I will stay out, drink adult beverages, and have uninterrupted conversation. My kind of dinner.

My husband waited too long to make reservations but friends invited us over for a potluck brunch. So I'll be doing a little cooking, but it'll be better for the kids and I'll make DH clean up the mess after I get the scones in the oven.

We got fish from Whole Foods and had a wonderful dinner.
