luteal phase??

| We are just starting to try to get pregnant. When I looked at some ovulation calendars, they ask for the normal days of th luteal phase? How do you determine it? |

Luteal phase is the length of time after ovulation until your period starts. You would need to know when you ovulate to determine the length of the lp.
