TMI- breastmilk already? Weird discharge?

So I am 5.5 months pregnant with my second child and everyday I see discharge on my nipples. Is this breastmilk/colostrum that is already coming out and just dried? If not, what could this be? I don't remember anything like this with my first but I wonder if my body is just gearing up faster since I only stopped nursing my 1st child 7 months ago. Advice? Sorry this sounds kind of gross.

No, not gross at all. Your body is just starting to make milk. It is probably more like colostrum right now. You could just get some of those little cloth breastpads to put in your bra, then you don't have to worry that it will leak onto your shirt.

I started having the same thing around 5 months, it was clear. Now that I am almost 7 months it has turned milky like colostrum ( or what I think colostrum looks like, don't quite know this is my first baby . I find it usually happens at night or when I don't have a bra on while getting ready in the morning. I talked to a few of my friends who said the same thing happened to them, so I guess it is totaly normal.

Same thing happened to me and it was my first pregnancy. It began around 5 or 6 months. Instead of the breast pads I just used a small guaze pad since it wasn't much leakage, but enough to stain my bras.
