| I'd say the problem is DKE's national organization, which works hard to cover up and defend any actions of its members (including date rape). At least that was the case almost 20 years ago when I was there. DKE has deeper pockets than the campus or New Haven police. Not sure if an official relationship between the university and the fraternities would help prevent verbal harassment, which really shouldn't be tolerated. |
