Looks like MDU and Mnd are set. There might be movement on HG and Coppermine. BLC only has 1 year left.

Unless girls leave, its hard to imagine BLC will add girls in the final year. Your best bet is to reach out to the director.

What happened to Jesters? They won Long Island region but are not in the schedule for championship weekend.

No Jesters. No NXT. Feels like the Mid-Atlantic championship was actually the national championship.

Jesters elected not to go, it’s another added expense.

NXT lost to Philly Blast I believe.

Not sure why YJ is still #1, very weak schedule compared to the MD teams.

MDU clearly best at 2030, with M&D right there.

Last season, Yellow Jackets went 2-4 against the top Maryland teams (M&D, MDU& HG) and yet somehow ended up atop the national rankings.

YJ was:
0-2 against M&D
1-1 against MDU
1-1 against Hero's

I guess we will see when these teams finally meet again in summer competition.

No Eaglestix either. It's a wrap. It's Mdu championship to lose.

Mid-Atlantic is the the toughest NGLL region by far.

M&D Red, which didn't make the Mid-Atlantic A division playoffs, dominated the champions of the Colorado and Carolinas regions who are going to nationals.

YJ went to Sandstorm and crushed a bunch of West coast teams. Once those west coast teams play enough games to drop in their rankings, they will hurt YJ points and drop them down.

The NGLL championship lost some of its luster when it moved away from the NCAA championship. It used to be held in the same location and same weekend as the NCAA championship and was more of a destination tournament for families and teams. They could go to the final 4 games as a team and make a whole weekend out of it. Traveling to copperplex is much less appealing to teams who have to travel.

Most of the NGLL games were at the same time as the ncaas so many couldn’t watch. The fields were also crap, I recall lots of rain on grass fields in Carolina.

Are these NGLL all star lists made by Robinson and BLC or something? It seems almost comical.

Coaches nominate, agree comical M&D nominated 8 of their players (at least) and all 8 were included.

Kudos to MDU for dominating NGLL and lol at Philly Blast who had girl cheating with illegal stick and got caught on camera using teammates to block her while she fixed strings.

How embarrassing for the parents and the club.
