Hi,
I am currently TTC #2 with a history of ectopic pregnancy. I have noticed recently that I seem to be having pain every month at the time I ovulate, and it feels much like the pain I had with the ectopic. Has anyone else experienced this? It seems to only last a day or so, but each month it seems to be increasing a little in intensity. I am wondering if I should talk to the doctor or if this is normal. TIA. |
So sorry for your ectopic. I have had ovulation pain exactly as you describe, but haven't had an ectopic but don't know how they compare. I know I was super sensitive to every feeling when ttc, so maybe it could be that? It sounds normal to me, but given your history maybe check w/the dr?
good luck. |
I too can tell when I ovulate. It started happening before I was TTC and it took me quite a while to figure out what was going on! I have another friend who knows when she ovulates as well. |
I can feel impending ovulation as well. I didn't notice it until I started charting and actually knew what was going on with my body/cycle. The best way I can describe it is a full kind of feeling, like a gas bubble that doesn't move. It lasts for about a day or two and goes away after ovulation. There is a word for it (I think it is German): mittelschermz.
