Early admissions - Harvard & Princeton re-start program

After experimenting with eliminating early admissions, both Harvard & Princeton restored the program because it was putting them at competitive disadvantage with other schools.

I wasn't going to say it, but the caliber of their most recent classes is truly abysmal. Glad they came to their senses.

I'm glad they've restored it and I sure many high schoolers and their parents are as well.

I think UVA has restored early decision as well.

Having a kid into an EA school on a par with Harvard and Princeton, and waiting for Harvard and Princeton now, I can tell you that psychologically DC is already at the EA place. He doesn't really care what H and P do. So at least in this case, not having EA has taken them out of the running.
