SECONDARY INFERTILITY SUPPORT GROUP

Experiencing infertility at any time can be emotionally difficult and isolating.

Those with secondary infertility face unique challenges as they parent their existing children while navigating the process of building their families through infertility diagnosis, treatment, and the consideration of alternate options such as adoption.

No matter where you are in your family-building journey, you will find comfort, support, and knowledge in a RESOLVE peer-led support group.

RESOLVE is proud to offer an ongoing group for mothers experiencing secondary infertility, which meets in a private home in NW DC on the third Sunday of every month, from 7:30-9:30pm. The peer-leader is a mother (AND DCUM) who has experience both in secondary infertility and training in group therapy and counseling.

Any concerns related to infertility may be discussed with the assurances that all conversations will remain confidential. This monthly group provides a relaxed setting in which to discuss concerns related to all aspects of the infertility and treatment experience. Topics include current treatment, dealing with friends and family, and stress relief strategies.
