How do you know such personal details about the kids?? |
Why would she do an internship in Atlanta when she can get one easily in LA if she wanted. |
Fan accounts duh. And zahara used to have her ig open. Black Twitter would post pics of her and her aka stuff. |
Good point. Honestly it will be great if she graduates from college. Technically she might be first gen? Parents, and I don’t think grandparents, have college degrees. |
Brad’s parents do, met at a small Oklahoma college. Must be a little weird for Zahara though, so privileged yet lives with a parent who can’t relate at all to her college experience. |
Weird thought. |
Why? One of the things that makes first-gen college experience so challenging is no family culture that conveys wisdom and experience. Unfamiliarity with processes, rituals, study habits, etc. Smart kids figure it out, but it’s intimidating. |
What a dumb take. Atlanta is not a major city. The majority of spelman/morehouse/clark Atlanta probably do internships elsewhere. |
People really care this much? This thread is the only thing I've read about this family and I consider myself fairly interested. |
I know, the kids have fan accounts? |
Brad went to the University of Missouri-Columbia (Mizzou) and left a few credits shy of graduating. He was in a frat (Sigma Chi) and was actually in the esteemed journalism school. I went to the same high school he did (several years behind him). It’s a pretty good public school and most kids go on to college. His family is very normal. I have been acquainted with Brad’s brother for maybe 20 years. He’s well regarded in town and is a genuinely nice guy. He is a college graduate and an impressive entrepreneur. - Springfield MO native |
Unfortunately there’s no indication Zahara is in contact with Brad or his family, who do seem very nice. |
Yeah you guys are totally rational and normal sounding! |
Why did Brad drop out when he was so close to graduating? Was he failing his classes? |
The official narrative is that he made up his mind that he wanted to be an actor and didn’t want to wait another minute to move to LA and get started. |
