A 40 yo unmarried man is very suspect, too.

There is really only about 5 years of difference between equally desirable men and women, not 15 or 20 as some men are imagining.

Agree. I don't know any single 40 year old men who don't have issues and weren't rejected by women in their 30s.

Triple negative, not sure what means

I am male 47 . I am dating a gorgeous 44 year old redhead. Our kids are grown and out of the house.

this is another of the standard responses of older women when confronted with a man dating a younger woman. shame and lies.

younger women often times enjoy the company of an older wiser man simply for the company.

in my dating, i consistently date women 10-15 years younger than I am (late 30's) and I know the game well enough not to spend much money at all.

a 37 year old man who is established, confident, mature, sexy and in great shape is appealing to just about all demographics of women.

i've dated this range of women for years and have never ever had anyone even try to take advantage of me

in fact, its the women who have "fun" in their 20's who seek out the provider types when they finally reach their 30's and are "ready to settle down."

all code for done fucking studs and ready for a bank account

Sorry, you're not very articulate. Are they using you for your bank account or because they like your company? You say they're seeking out the provider type, but yet claim they're not taking advantage of you.

They certainly aren't dating you for your writing skills.

sorry you could't read through your anger.

girls in their 20's = fun times and company
women in their mid 30's and beyond = seeking provider
not the other way around

clear enough?

by your own logic, by the time you hit your forties, those 10-15 years younger women will be married or looking to be so. so you, a rapidly aging bachelor with a stigma of failure (as seen from marriage bound women) will be competing with 20 and 30 year olds for fun, careless 20 something year olds that are not yet looking to get married. lets just say, it's a game you are not going to win.

hardly. a) 40-15= 25. b) i've already cashed out my winnings - divorced and have kids. c) ask 20 something girls what they think about 20 something "men" these days...its not favorable. the ongoing feminization of the american male plus the poor economy has made it pretty hard for those sad boys to start acting like men.

OMG! You see your ex-wife and kids as "cashed out your winnings?" Don't they have any humanity to you? How about the 20-something "girls" you date and the 40-somethings you disdain? You're way beyond misogynistic. You're a megalomaniac. Seek help.

All I know that at age almost 48, my sex life has never been better, the men in my life are the best quality ever, and I don't give a fuck what some egotistical dOod has to say

51 is the average for menopause. After that sex drive crashes, so enjoy it while you can.

I don't know where you get your statistics because in DC the fastest growing age group for HIV infection are senior citizens, so obviously they're still having sex. See: http://www.thebeaconnewspapers.com/washington-dc-edition/features/sex-drugs-and-hiv-after-50

This person is probably a date rapist and that's how he gets laid. His posts are scary!

I'm in my forties, and none of my male friends in my age group could ever handle dating a Millennial. My friends don't thumb type quickly enough to keep up with the incessant texting, and they could never provide the volume of validation that twenty-somethings require.

It is of course, always possible to find women weigh low self esteem who will date anyone. The sheer number of women willing to write to men in prison is evidence of that.

you people are so literal!

my kids are the best thing by far that came out of my marriage. love them dearly.

"cashed out winnings" is a phrase that is often used to describe women who divorce otherwise fine men because they are "bored" and in turn receive their nice alimony and over inflated child support.

this says a lot about the twisted world you live in. you are obviously a natural beta, who has now "figured it all out" (LOL) and is trying to act like an alpha, but instead coming across as a creep and an asshole. there things one just cannot fake

Nothing scarier to women, especially older women, than a man who knows his own value.

and there is nothing so boring as a man prattling about his value, day in, day out.

Nothing truer to form than men and women going back and forth with stubborn and steadfast certainty about something that is entirely subjective and unsubstantial

It's sort of like how Pete comes across when he wants to be the mack daddy, as opposed to Don.

Pete fails miserably and Don succeeds.

OTOH, Pete did manage to land Trudy whereas Don got Betty. So there is that.
