I don't work at Holton and am not a teacher, thanks. Nice deflection, though. Maybe if you keep saying that people will forget that Penny has run roughshod over a 125 year institution.

As an alumna, when I heard the news about Mrs. Jones, I went right to Holton's social media for more info. Nothing

I went to the website. Nothing

I found it very strange there wan't a nice memorial story posted or shared anywhere. Maybe there will be something in the next issue of the alumni magazine, I can't imagine not recognizing her there.

A lot of longtime, retired faculty received no notification.

It is odd that there was no memoriam posted. Only current families and students and faculty got proper information.

It's clear that Susanna left big shoes to fill. This administration, unable to fill them, decided to shun them.

Holton sent an email right away to alumni families and printed on the first page of their recent magazine with a nice photo of Susanna that they would include a story about her in the next issue. I thought it was handled appropriately.

It’s so nice to see that Penny’s director of comms came back to work the day after a week long break! Penny, however, did not. Probably still in Paris. Can someone (I’m sure her consultants are ready to reply) explain to me why fac and staff have to come back to school while Penny gets to continue her vacation? She did this last year too leaving for Europe a day before spring break started.
