Lebanon / Israel

Oh dear oh dear.

The pagers issued by an Iranian terrorist group to its terrorist operatives in Lebanon, used to plan & activate terrorist operations, were hacked and made to heat pop yesterday.

Oh dear oh dear.

Gotta read that special pager message from the terrorist boss right away when you hear the special buzz.

Oh man. But true.

Now walkie talkies!

BEIRUT, Sept 18 (Reuters) - Hand-held radios used by Hezbollah detonated late on Wednesday afternoon across Lebanon's south and in Beirut's southern suburbs, a security source and a witness said, further hiking tensions with Israel a day after similar explosions launched via the group's pagers. At least one of the blasts took place near a funeral organized by Iran-backed Hezbollah for those killed the previous day when thousands of pagers used by the group exploded across the country and wounded many of the group's fighters.

It doesn't get as much press, but Israel regularly attacks Syria too.

This is deplorable.

They are chortling and rubbing their hands over this now, but at some point in the future they will claim they never did it and its a "blood libel" to say they did.

Everybody is gangsta till their pager starts speaking hebrew

Awesome!
Kill all of the Hezbollah terrorists!

Israel does not have the capability to Hezbollah. These are all civilians. It’s what the terrorists state of Israel does.

That’s a lie.

A Lebanese doctor who treated the casualties confirmed the vast majority were middle aged and young men (read: terrorists) and not women and children (who btw can still be terrorists…particularly if they are carrying a pager given to them by Hezbollah).

The interview was on npr this morning.

The Lebanese doctor went on to dismiss other rumors, confirming NO medical personnel (who tend to carry pagers) were injured.

In short: the bad guys were injured and maimed in certain ways to easily identify them.

Someone in Hezbollah's procurement department is going to get a Zoom invite from HR today.

Was that doctor a brother of that alleged Arab nurse who reported early in the way from an alleged hospital with a very bad Hebrew accent? "There is Khhhamas in this hospital!!"

This is the problem. The flippant label of “bad guy”. If one traces back the endless volley of harm between Israel and Palestinians there were legitimate grievances on both sides. Not recognizing this means peace in the region is doomed. If you really care about Israel and its people you need to change this attitude.

DP.

Hezbollah are clearly "bad guys":

-They are adherents of the radical Khomeini-inspired theology

-They've supported the regime in Syria, including via direct military participation

-They've organized multiple attacks against Americans (Beirut barracks, Khobar Towers, training anti-US militias during the Iraq war, etc., etc.)

They are clearly and openly enemies of the United States. No question that we should support anything that impairs their military capabilities, up to and including their destruction.

There is no evidence Israel was behind the pagers malfunctioning.

Except for the fact that they told the US that it was them!

Gallant even called Austin just before they did it and gave him a heads up that they were about to launch an attack.

Please name the three “unnamed officials.”

Story is just that: a story.
