Oh they are punitive to the teaching professionals who volunteer massive hours to work double overtime for free. They punish our career and goals to be tenured educators who have an iota of protection. In order to get there you have to be put through the gauntlet of no support, violent harassment from students, and vindictive corrupt admin with ulterior motives to get good false data.
