Pottery Barn - are estimated delivery dates accurate?

| I am waiting months for something from Crate and Barrel and furniture from Room and Board. Are all the furniture stores like this? |

| I order 3 items in August to be delivered in October. I found out that they are holding 2 pieces that are ready to be delivered until January 2025 when 3rd item is ready for delivery. Pottery Barn did not have the decency to notify me. I should not have to rely on tracking particularly since they charged my account in August. Stay away from Pottery Barn! |
