After my high school cross country and track days I swore I’d never run in the rain again. I have gotten caught in the rain while already out running but if possible I just run on the treadmill instead. |
well I think we jinxed it. What a disgusting soupy morning. |
I know, a blessing in disguise for me. Now I have some time to get good socks. I still did my run outside today! - op |
I don't. I'm basic and like to listen to music on my phone, so no water for me. |
I love running in a gentle rain!
|
Running in a light rain in the summer feels great. Pouring, no. |
y'all better run this morning! |
You are a psycho if you run in this |
You're a wimp. Seriously, I can't believe so many people back out of running in the rain. So you get a little wet - so what? What are you afraid of? It wasn't even very heavy 1-2 hours ago, and there were so few people compared to normal. |
Soaking my shoes. Running in wet shoes is awful. Not worth it. |
You may not know this, but your shoes will dry out. Once wet, they will not stay wet. |
I’ve been caught in heavy rain a few times over the years. My shoes are never the same once they’ve been drenched. |
I'm referring to running in wet shoes, not once I'm home. |
I’ll run in a light sprinkle, but nothing more. Unless I’m already out and I get caught in it. Then I’ll finish my run. |
I don’t mind it. Baseball cap, light clothing, it is fine. I much rather run in rain in summer than winter. 38 and raining - not fun. |
