Who is the carrier? Usually this is a UPS or FEDEX problem, not a supplier problem. And more often for reasons I don't know they scan as being delivered a day before it's actually delivered. Holiday weekend might have made that worse. Or could it have been stolen? Is there a photo record of the delivery?
