I think lightheadedness (I'm PP) is either hormone changes due to shot, as my period changed, or migraine changes due to hormone changes due to shot, or migraine changes due to ear inflammatory process from shot. My inner ear acted up day after shot, and I had tinnitus daily for 2 months.
