It’s not great food, but silver diner lists which foods are allergy free (gluten free, dairy free).

Check out Freshly.com. They label meals as gf/sf/df so you can find the ones that have all three.

& pizza is not trustworthy…we’ve had luck with various Asian foods (sushi, Vietnamese, Thai), Petes maybe for pizza (not sure about corn/soy) but gluten/dairy was fine. Agreed on Chipotle and Cava. Maybe Ethiopian food if you can get all teff injera. Good luck, those are a hard combo

We have allergies and don’t trust them to avoid cross contamination

My daughter can’t have gluten or dairy. She has never had problems with the &Pizza in Rio/Gaithersburg. She tells them about her allergies and watches them change gloves and cook her pizza in a separate oven. She would know if there was any cross contamination because she would get sick very quickly. Which &Pizza have you gone to and have had a problem?

If IS great food!

Also, OP, there’s a Facebook page called Gluten-free in the DMV you can join if you’re on Facebook

Rise Bakery in DC is great and posts all the allergens, but they aren’t going to be take out meals.

I think you might want to lean towards Mediterranean and Indian. Cava, spice 6? Family can eat what they want.

Also consider getting a couple of roasted chickens and some bagged salad or pick up a prepared salad somewhere. The preroasted chicken will be allergen free as will the salads.
