This was the weekend to get flats of sour cherries at the farmers market. So I suspect that if you want a pie made from fresh cherries, this is the week. Gotta say I have never noticed a difference between pie made with fresh and pie made with frozen |
| I am bumping this thread b/c I finally got to the Pie Life for their Tart Cherry Pie and it was AMAZING. Did not disappoint and may be one of the best pies I have had ever. The crust is definitely the best I have ever tasted. Thank you for recommending! |
