Hi OP, when I tore my Achilles’ tendon I went onto YouTube and did a search for chair workouts, which was mostly arm stuff. That may be an alternative if you can’t find a gym with an arm exercise machine. It did the trick for a few weeks before I was able to reintroduce standing, low impact workouts back into my recovery. |
You can get one for about $50 on Amazon but I don’t know if they’re very good. |
Tell me more about arm bikes. I have bad foot situation, not OP. Do they burn many calories? Would my arms become huge over time? |
