Anyone see this CCDC house today?

Looks nice to me.

Those floors would drive me insane.

I think the chevron floors are beautiful, as are all the bathroom tile choices. I'm sad to hear the flippers don't have good reps. Not that I could afford this anyway.

i like the floor depot sign in the first picture.

Cons
- no foyer
- weird layout
- Viking appliances (crap, imho)
- bathrooms look cheap

Pros
- good location

More Cons
- what is that thing that's supposed to be a range hood vent? Is it missing a piece?
- the sliding doors that open all the way seem cool until the mosquitoes and cicadas and birds stop by to stay

Everyone has a family so it makes sense that there are a lot of them around any given residence.

I like it. Rooms look pretty small and I agree about the foyer - it's weird to have the coats hanging there in the middle of the living area.

I liked the sliding glass doors that open until someone mentioned the cicadas.

The staging is 'chef's kiss'

The black windows are so bad. They look like prison windows. Really the worst trend of the moment except for fake wood flooring.

Probably it didn’t continue into the kitchen/weird glass area. I prefer new floors that are continuous but I don’t like the herringbone.

Agree. I don’t care for the floor or many of the finishes, But it could be a great house for someone who likes that design style.

Second time I heard Kimberly Cestari dragged here. Why is she bad? Don’t know her but want to beware.

I've lived in the neighborhood for over 10 years now, and I also don't understand the hate. She's super successful and I have found, as someone who tracks real estate for a hobby, that she prices very competitively and not in a greedy way. Kudos for her.

I like many of the bathroom design finishes.

There are two things that would drive me insane:
1) The dishwasher is not right next to the sink - what?!
2) The mudroom coat hangers are right in the middle of the living room - what?!

Whoever buys it needs to plant some trees.
