Need an absolutely foolproof sugar cookie recipe

This one!! The cookies are delicious and they don't spread at all while baking. The absolute best ever.

OP here. We used this recipe and it came out great. Only thing I might change is to use a little less salt.

No need to chill, easily to roll out, and don't spread?? This sounds too good to be true- and exactly what I'm looking for! Do they really not need to chill?
