I look awful in them. Too curvy. |
Well good for you? I'm 5ft tall, size 10-12 and I look real round in sweater dresses as they either stretch out and hang on my shapelessly or they hug every bump and curve. It's a terrible look for me so I don't do it. |
Please post a sweater ( not a knit) dress that you would wear. |
Overconfidence is hilarious. No one wants to look like a ball, I'm sorry. |
Too hot and too itchy. |

Always lay flat to dry and then fold away. Tumble drying + hanging in closet = getting misshapen fast. |
My skin doesn't react well to wool at all. I stick to acrylic / cotton blends. Maybe that's why I don't think it's so hard to find flattering fits -- what I'm buying is probably more "knit dress" (which can be really figure-forgiving) than a true sweater. Whatevs. Still warm and cozy and cute. |
I love them and wear one to work most days in winter. Wore. Now its sweatpants ofc. |

The top one and bottom one are not dresses. |
I don’t like them. They are cute on my 4 yr old though. |
I think they are really cute in theory but I’m flat chested and they make me look pregnant. I also find that it’s hard to temperature regulate in them—if you have to walk as part of your commute and get heated, or if the office a/c is running too hot, its not like you can take off your sweater. |
I love sweeter dresses. They are a fall/winter staple worn with opaque tights and tall boots. |
Always have hated that look. Including with the tall boots. Ugh. |
When worn with tights, how do you prevent the dress from clinging to the thighs? I hate slips. |
