| How would that work for younger kids whose parents aren't at home? (Outside of the pandemic of course) Doesn't this still present the same childcare issue as snow days for both parents and teachers? |
I disagree with saying class will be worthless. I think a random snow day class here or there could easily continue the learning that was going on in person. I would love to not lose class time to snow days. The one positive of DL is I will now make videos for students to watch as homework to cover easy material since I never have enough class time to get through the curriculum. |

| Snow days will still happen. School systems around here have to open and close as a whole, and that will include distance learning. If nothing else, school administrators are still responsible for oversight of distance learning, so if school is closed for them, distance learning won't be allowed to proceed. |
