Hair brush etiquette

Next thing we know, there'd be someone asking if they could try on a toothbrush.
I think hair brush manufacturers should seriously consider wrapping up their products.

Though I've never tried a brush in a store before I bought it. I'm not picky with brushes, I bought, then I used.

My salon dips brushes!!

Common sense would dictate that you should not use a brush pre-purchase.

But people probably try on clothes in the fitting room w/out showering or they may have a contagious rash, etc.

But I always launder any new clothing I purchase by default.
However I wouldn’t wash a brand-new brush I purchased.

The older brush may have worked because the build-up of product helped to grab your hair.

Order a few from Sephora. Return the ones that don’t work.
