100% same. Except I was so miffed it wasn't the purpose of this post that I then googled it to see if it's a thing and it's apparently not. All these freaks who find each other on the internet and there isn't an onion peeling scene? Incontheivable!

I thought it was going to be about local groups of people who liked to get together and peel onions like the OP does, who was trying to find out info on the hip ‘onion peeling scene’ in DC
