Beauty and the beast

It was the first movie I remember watching in the movie theatre. We were a huge cinema family. Every summer we did the cheap movie club for kids where you see one movie a week and get popcorn and a soda for like a dollar. I remember when beauty and the beast started I thought it was going to be boring because there was a voiceover narrator and they were showing stained glass images.

Jurassic park

My dad told me about this movie before it came out in our backyard. That was the first time I realized you could know about a movie before it was even finished. When we saw it together I was so scared that night he had to sleep in our room.

The first x files movie

I was a huge fan. I started watching the show when I was 9. I watched it every week with my dad. When the movie was being made I was so excited. I got the movie on dvd for my birthday and I recorded the entire audio onto a cassette tape. Then I listened to it while on a road trip like a book on tape. I had the audio memorized.
