Raine - close, but this one is Rayne. She freaking loves an unnecessary "y"

Like the Outdaughtered mom and her non-multiple daughter, Blayke.

I find that whenever people get sick during flu season they call it the flu, and half of them use it as proof that the flu shot "doesn't work for me." Except they were sick for 3 days and just called it the flu.

This is not accurate.

What are you trying to link to here? There's nothing about how long the flu lasts, and even if you go to other pages it only talks about how long before the onset of symptoms and how long a person is contagious, not how long you experience symptoms. You need a pull quote to make your point because I'm not seeing it.

So i'm curious what the middle names are for all of these kids with mostly slightly odd names and spellings. Did they go traditional to balance? Like Saylor John or Rawlings Elizabeth or did they keep the "creativity" -- Saylor Nashville or Rawlings Paisely?

Oh, they're not good:

"The baby Waldrop boys are Layke Bryars, Blu Wellington, and Tag Bricker, reports the Daily Mail. The girls have a more cohesive pattern: Rivers McCall, Rayne McCoy, and Rawlings McClaine."

Boys:
Saylor
Wells
Bridge
Layke
Blu
Tag

Girls:
Raine
Rawlings
Rivers

This cracks me up because my crunchy granola, essential oils loving cousin has kids name:

Michael
Anna
Katherine
Emily
Grant

If you put all of those names up on a board along with pictures of the two sets of parents, all of the weird names would be under my cousin for sure.

um. Chances I'm your cousin? Did you intentionally mess up one name slightly for anonymity's sake? #thisisawkward #yougoingtoNanstomorrow?

No, those are not the exact names, but they have very typical, plain, boring names.

I was channel surfing and found reruns of this reality show. The names shocked me.....and not in a good way. I seriously thought they were talking about their dogs.
Here, Tag, come here boy!
Fetch! Go get the ball, Saylor.
Sit, Wells (incorrectly pronounced Wales?).
Good girl, Rivers.

Are they all named after inanimate objects? As unimaginative as naming them Chair, Table, Window, carpet, etc. Actually, they may be saving those names for future additions. Additionally, the spellings just make the family seem illiterate and uneducated.

Yes, it’s easy to legally change your name as an adult....and I’m guessing these little guys and gals will eventually adopt an identity that reflects their adult personalities and aspirations. Or at least correct the spelling for proper pronunciation.

DD and I also happened to be channel surfing tonight and watched this for the first time. We were in hysterics about the names!

Honestly they're better than the Hayden / Brayden / Kaiden / type name that's so popular right now

What do you expect from an Alabama fundie?

Chances are they are stage names. The kids will be able to grow up and use their real names to have a normal life.

Most actors don't use their real names (no two members may have the same working name, so when you join an actors' union you have to choose a name no one else has used). So as a group, celebrities are used to stage names and real names, so they do the same for their celebrity kids.
