what are the popular pedicure colors this spring/summer?

Traditional pink for nails and pink/hot pink for toes.

You sound like my mother. Who complains every time I put blue on my nails. I’m 43.

I'm 43 and I agree that those colors are awful - so trashy!

I get so many compliments with baby blue toes. I just had a 60-year old male neighbor tell me he loved my nail color. I dress very classy, btw.

I only have fingernails buffed or wear very light blush. I keep them very short.

I think some of the hot punks scream grandma, along with the mauve shades.

Wow I don't care if you care what color my toes are painted. I love a fresh pedicure to help me rock my capris. I love the 40s.

Agreed. If you consult dcum before choosing a nail polish color, how do you handle really big life decisions? Wear whatever you wish.

OP was just asking about current trends. Not sure why all the frumps felt the need to weigh in—they should stick to the Off-topic posts about what’s “classy” instead of trying to implement their Stepford ways in the fashion forum.

I have a greyish blue on my nails and have gotten a ton of compliments. And I agree with you on the pinks.

I would love a hot punk, and wouldn't mind if he called me grandma.

I also much prefer the more traditional colors. The dark blue/green/gray/black colors just look dirty to me and even sort of goth.

You have to pick colors that go with your skin tone. Duh.
