US Soccer did away with U12s nationwide, but many clubs continue to have U12 teams (just in some other league). DC United opted not to continue their U12 program, so they are offering kids (2008 & 2007) to try out of the 2009 U13 team.

I don't know officially where they are training, but I was told U13 and U14s would continue to train in the District and U15s and above would move to Loudon, but this is all up in the air so I'm not sure.

No, of course not. Against DA rules.

DC United only has a DA program I think. I don't believe they have any other sides.
