Trying to get pregnant and H1N1 vaccine priority

At first I was wondering what all the fuss about people who are TTC trying to get the shot before a confirmed pregnancy. But then I remembered that high fevers can be much more dangerous to the fetus in the first trimester, isn't that right? And by that I mean causing birth defects, rather than the respiratory danger to the mother as PP mentions. So I think that if I were actively TTC today, and knew that there was a very good chance I was able to be pregnant in the next few weeks, I'd probably try my best to get the shot too.

is there anywhere that those ttc can receive the shot? i didn't think so yet...
