I took my daughter and a bunch of her friends to the Wharf in DC. It's obviously weather-dependent, but they could walk up and down--there were giant swings and a water/splash ground which worked well because it was beastly hot. I love that Wharf.
Then a movie in downtown DC. (We took a Lyft.) It's a great age--they just want to be together with a grown-up kinda nearby but out of earshot. |
| Bowling at Pinstripes or Bowl America? The dinner at hibatchi place is a great idea. |
|
Last year I took my daughter and her few best friends to a bowling alley and we play a few rounds had cake/open presents and then I drove them to my house for a sleepover and they had a blast.
So recommend |
15 is wayyyy too many for a sleepover. 8 tops |
Agreed - 6 tops for us, but we have a very small house |

| Why not just invite 3 or 4 friends over for a movie night and make yourself scarce? No space is too small for a small party. |
| Rent out a movie theater? |
Sorry, but tweens really are still little kids. They'll like it. |
| My DD liked Bowlero at that age with a few friends. You can do the party package or just rent a lane, depending on how many go. |
What is AR? |
| My dad took me and 3 of my friends to Kings Dominion around that age. |
I let them stay in the camper and hang out with each other do face masks ect. They had a lot of fun
