Beagles are scratchy dogs. Regularly clean her ears with some ear wash and a cotton ball. They don't need professional grooming. Throw her in the shower and wash her coat with a soothing dog shampoo and get all the dander and allergens off from the beagle sniffing around in the bushes, once every two weeks. My dog doesn't itch when we do this regularly. Brush with a furminator.
