If you don't want to get a charge card, enter your email address in their website. They often send out coupons on their email list.

Like 13:29 (who is petite), I buy most of my clothing from JCP because they carry tall sizes. I've compared the quality to Eddie Bauer, and I think JCP is close enough--especially since their price is a fraction of what EB charges. You do have to order JCP tall sizes online though--that might be a problem for some.
