OP-- where did you buy it???
There are a lot of counterfeits online. I was getting mine at Costco and never had an issue. I ordered from Walmart online cheaper--and the stuff in the jar was nothing like the Costco stri. It was goopy and different color. I took a deep dive and saw counterfeits are on amazon and walmart. They also recently changed the formula. I re-ordered elsewhere and what arrived was like what I got at costco. |
I was going to ask same. I use Strivectin with no issues but I ordered a different brand cream once from Amazon, something I had long used with no problems, and it about burned my skin off. I looked more closely and the container's color was juuuuust a little different and it was clear it was counterfeit. I can't believe what Amazon is able to get away with, I guess it's Bezos's influence. |
Also meant to say - report it to where you bought it, the company and FDA if it's bad. Just in case it's counterfeit or they changed the formula it's good to be on record. |
You'll need to take some predisone. |

I had the exact same reaction to Strivectin, bought it from Costco. Glad to know I wasn’t the only one. |
