Our whole family is doing it, so yeah. He loves all food, so this works for him. He eats everything.

Please tell me you are a troll and joking. Children need a fully balanced diet for brain growth. I'm sure the authors of Whole 30 would tell you it is in no way meant for a toddler. So you're not giving him any milk, yogurt, cheese, carbs? You are an idiot.

There are plenty of carbs on a whole 30 and going without dairy is no biggie-lots of people can’t digest it well anyway. You’re the knee-jerk idiot.

Carbs on a whole 30? Show me.

Little kids like this on a diet like that is just so fucked up I can’t even believe it.

Well, he still get breastmilk and formula several times a day. And vitamin d supplements. We suspect a dairy intolerance with him and his brother.
This was yesterday.

Breakfast:
2 scrambled eggs
apple sausage
tomatoes
green smoothie: banana, mango, kale, carrot, celery, almond milk
4oz of formula

lunch: leftover beef stew: beef, sweet potatoes, carrots, celery, onion. He also had raspberries. 4oz of formula

Dinner
chicken meatballs
carrot noodles
strawberries
mashed potatoes (with coconut milk and ghee)

before bed: 4 oz formula

Would you rather I feed him cheerios, cheese sticks, and cereal bars?

Vegetables and potatoes have carbs you f*cking idiot.

What exactly do you think children survived on before the invention of Cheerios and goldfish?

This looks much healthier than the standard diet most americans feed their babies.

I don't even do whole30 or eat paleo, just like good food, but the nomnom cookbook is amazing from a foodie standpoint. Also, follow whole30 recipes on instagram for some yummy stuff. egg cups with proscuitto - yum yum

I'm interested in Whole30 but I'm a vegetarian so don't think I can do it. Maybe I'll try to just reduce carbs instead.

Day 5! Cooking up a storm! You really need a lot of time to cook. I feel great, though!

You can totally do it as a vegetarian. It is a little harder but the book explains how. The authors claim you can do it as a vegan, but I don’t know how that could be possible with no eggs.

I have done it six times. I found the book and the cookbook (versus the internet) to be helpful. I neeeded to read the whole thing and understand the rules and the thinking behind it. It was also helpful to plan before starting, and so reading the book helped me slow down before starting.
