Irrefutable indictments for Ivanka, Jared, Manafort, Flynn, Stone and others, some federal, but many state (NY) will cause disruptions in the White House. Trump won't resign, but he will let ivanka and Jared go to jail, possibly Don Jr and Eric as well.

The Dems take the house in 2018 and run Impeachment hearings through 2019.

Rather than impeach, a neutered Trump is convinced not to run for re-election.

Trump is indicted after the election in 2020 and leaves offices before his term is up.

The whole lot of them rot in jail for the rest of their lives.
