The spouses reflect the same massive gap in intellectual capital -
YLS & princeton/hls vs ????????????
Values are clearly on display.
OK if you want to play this game. Tim Kaine got his BA from University of Missouri. Mike Pence graduated from Hanover college. I don't see a big difference there. Wellesley college is not bad but it's not Wharton. Trump has no time to waste in graduate school when he has business ambition to change the skyline of Manhattan. I am sure Bill Gates can easily get a PhD in MIT but he dropped out of Harvard.
Another problem we have in politics - way too many lawyers.
You are just making stuff up about how he got into Wharton. All things equal I take Wharton over Wellesley any day of the week.
Wharton is nothing more then the name of the business school at Penn, which Trump couldn't get into until transferring for his Junior year. He wasn't fire in his class, as Trump used to tell people, snd it doesn't necessarily make him smart if his father's connections are what ultimately got him admitted. Fordham is a fine school but let's stop pretending Trump was one of the best and brightest and he would be where he is today without the family money.
