S/O Does anyone know what went down with Elliot and Flounder back in the day?

Tyler went to Gerogetown, not GW.

I am pretty sure he started as a producer upon graduation. There was an opening... maybe it was when Dan Hoffman left? I don't remember. Early-ish 2000s.

He didn't speak too much at first. I don't know what his major was, but it could have been something actually related to Communication or Broadcasting. (No idea what GU has as majors, other than some alums I know who majored in Math.)

I think he's always liked music. Honestly, I think he has a great job.

Diane has said before she always wanted a job in radio and that she worked to get there. (This was when he father died and there was a comment about his legacy.)

Kyle was definitely an intern prior to starting with them as a "real" job. I don't know about Tyler.

Elliot was a bully to Flounder. How much abuse in the name of “taking a good joke” can one guy take?
The entire show was an exhibition of toxic masculinity and bullying behavior.
And yes I used to nervously laugh along,semi enjoying it but also feeling bad for Founder. Now I will call it what it was.
