Mine was at Churchill and I echo everything people said about Hoover.

My kid is there now and enjoys it. The director of the program is communicative. My kid is in a mainstream math class instead of bridge math and that's going well. The teacher is well versed in his IEP. The bridge kids are included in school wide events but with the extra support of the bridge teachers. They are also encouraged to join clubs.

My child is at Churchill and we are happy with the support provided. I find it to be a pretty good option for kids like mine who need smaller classes. It is not perfect, but I'm really happy that MCPS provides this option.
