Where to buy decent bed sheets, not in a set?

So do you use nothing on top? It seems like if you sweat a lot you'd want a sheet to protect your comforter or bed spread.

There's the fitted sheet that covers the mattress and we have a duvet cover that gets washed as often as the sheet and pillowcases get washed. Hope this clears up your confusion. LOL
