I think it's his personality. I know he plays different characters, but it's pretty obvious that he's a charismatic guy and a lot of women are attracted to that.

This is from the movie he looks totally gross in. Otherwise he's a little better than average. Sometimes it isn't about looks but the vibes someone gives off. The sexiest man I ever knew was acne scarred and had a step above a mullet yet there was something about him that made him quite the ladies man.
