There are 3 other townhouse developments I know off hand in the Haycock district:

Williamsburg Pond (Haycock and Turner Avenue)
Mayfair at McLean (literally right across from Longfellow middle school at Kirby and Westmoreland)
Westmoreland Square (next to Mayfair at McLean, across from Chesterbrook Assisted Living)

I used to own a condo at the Pavilion right across from the West Falls Church metro. We were zoned for Haycock.
