| One thing I make is chia seed pudding. Ds is super fussy, but he will gobble this up. Some find it too seedy, but we love it. Combine 1/4 cup chia seeds, 2 tbs cocoa powder, 2 tbs agave nectar, 1 tsp vanilla, and 1 cup milk. Let sit at least 20 minutes to thicken. I prefer to let it sit overnight in the frig. Add a little extra milk if it gets too thick. |
| I love chia and used to make overnight oats a lot but they totally constipated me, even when I drank plenty of water. For others it has the opposite effect. Just an FYI! |

I put chia seeds in my morning smoothie, on cottage cheese with chopped fruit, in yogurt with pom seeds and granola, and on salads. Great stuff.
PS - Last time I checked Costco had the best price by far. Second best option is Amazon, believe it or not. Whole Foods/MOMs are outrageous in comparison. |
