I agree. The nachos and meatball sub stations sound good! |
Op here...I get it sounds extreme but I am one of 5 and my husband is one of 4 and it adds up fast!!!! |
The benefit of the nacho bar is that it's gluten free, if anyone has an issue with it. I couldn't eat anything other than the rice cristy treats and veggies. |
| You must have a very large budget |
And no booze?
|
OP here... I have actually added everything up (to the T...from birthday candles to napkins to salsa) and am at 220.40. I have shopped loss leaders for months to stock up on the pricer stuff like ground meat, chicken, drinks etc. |
OP again...correction that does not include sheet pizzas so that will be another 60. |
That's a good point, but another way to go would be just to get some gluten free pizza. It's not hard to find these days. You can even get gluten-free dairy-free (which we bring for DS to all birthday parties). Pizza's a terrific way to take care of GF, vegetarian, vegan. I know people would get tired of it if it were their only option at every grownup party, but at a kids' birthday party I think everyone understands pizza. Of course, if you're dead set on nachos with 3 different toppings plus pulled pork sandwiches, well, I wouldn't say no!

| Shoot can I come?? This sounds delicious. |
| Just pizza is enough for a toddler party. What you have proposed is not the menu of someone on a budget, or at least not a budget for those of us who earn normal salaries. |
Read above: its under 250.00 for 60 ppl...thats BUDGET |
| Looks great!! And yes, ditch the chicken wraps. More drinks. |
| Do you own all the crockpots? |
+1 also agree with others: ditch the asian wraps. That is a ton of food. Hope your guests arrive very hungry. |

No chicken wraps.
No pop. Add juice. More pizza. Pity here is no beer otherwise I'd be inviting myself over. Have fun! |
