| I think yoga has more potential for injury. Technically there is a lot of hype reflexion , which isn't all that good for you. Unless, you are super flexible I would recommend Pilates. Pilates is easier for beginners and you get results pretty quick. Not necessarily visible but you will feel the results after just a few sessions, which is good for motivation. Visible results comes mostly from diet and cardio. Cut out sugar and refined white anything, rice, pasta, bread, dairy. |
